Xihu 西湖

Xihu

Xihu (West Lake) is in Hangzhou. It is a beautiful place which has inspired poets, artists, and musicians for centuries. Hangzhou Watch Factory chose to name its major watch brand after the historic lake. The scene on the caseback is inspired by 'Autumn Moon over the Calm Lake', a famous location at Xihu. The watches were made with 17 and 19 jewel manual movements. Later, automatic models were produced.
