Chuli was a "special treatment" watch produced by Tianjin Watch Factory. Watches with this dial were probably available only to factory workers because they did not meet the standards for public sale. All that said, a number of new-looking Chuli watches have appeared on the market recently, and it is suspected that they were assembled not long ago from leftover parts. This may be one of them.
