Beijixing was a product of Yantai Clock and Watch Factory. The brand was produced with the English name Polaris too. Beijixing/Polaris watches were made for a long time, and some very recently manufactured models are still being sold. This one is an older tongji version with a red dial. The crown is probably a replacement.
