Liaoning
Liaoning brand watches were powered by the SL1 movement, a copy of the Russian Kirovskie 2408. Not long after the brand's introduction, Liaoning Watch Factory began to introduce improvements. The first of these was a simplified balance wheel, as is shown in this November 1966 example.
