Heilongjiang is a province in the northeast of China. This watch has the name of the province and the city of Jiamusi printed on the dial, but it appears to be a product of Harbin Watch Factory, as is evidenced by the caseback and the ZHE movement. It probably dates to April 1980. The Shanghai crown is a replacement.
