Bingcheng means Ice City, a nickname for Harbin, the city where it was manufactured. The logo is possibly the Flood Control Monument in Stalin Park, a well-known Harbin landmark. Nowhere on the watch does it say which factory produced it, but the movement code, ZHE, indicates that the movement was manufactured by Harbin Watch Factory. Under the balance is ZHE10, but the 1 could be an I, and the 0 could be an O.
